It's a well known fact that projects and products are only as successful as their requirements. We offer a health check service that spans multiple dimensions and gives you a health score that you can use to either drive change, or simply feel more confident that you're on the right track already..
We don't tie ourselves down to any specific methodology, we can review your programmes, traditional projects (maybe waterfall) or your agile ways. Our health checks typically take up to ten business days to complete, or a little longer depending on size and complexity, sometimes even your team's holiday schedules!
Our service is completely independent, we have no agendas, we're here to lift the rocks, so that you don't have to. We guarantee completely impartial advice.
What do you look at?
During the health check, we will;
- Assess your project artefacts
- Remotely attend key meetings or ceremonies
- Interview key stakeholders
- Evaluate team sentiment
- Check out your UX design process if necessary
- Evaluate waste
The findings from these exploratory sessions will be summarised, presented back to you with a complementary report sent over email.
